Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and delay or denial of withdrawal requests.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 12ph22 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances.
12ph22 will never proactively contact you to request your password. Any communication purportedly from 12ph22 requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
You agree to notify 12ph22 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your account or any breach of security affecting your account credentials. 12ph22 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations.
12ph22 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT. All deposits are denominated and processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions. Minimum deposit is ₱100 unless a higher minimum applies to a specific payment method.
You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your 12ph22 account belong to you personally, are not proceeds of any criminal activity, and are not subject to any third-party claim. Depositing funds on behalf of another person is prohibited.
GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited to your 12ph22 account instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take 15 minutes to 2 business hours depending on the originating bank's processing schedule. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited upon sufficient network confirmations.
12ph22 may impose minimum and maximum deposit limits applicable to specific payment methods or account tiers. Withdrawal requests may only be made to payment methods that have been previously used to make a deposit into your 12ph22 account, or to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to you through the KYC process. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Important: Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated after the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully satisfied may be converted to withdrawable funds. Real Money Balance that has not been subject to any bonus offer may be withdrawn at any time subject to standard KYC and limit requirements.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus.
Not all games contribute equally toward the completion of wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live dealer games, table games, and video poker may contribute at reduced rates. Specific contribution rates are published in the applicable bonus terms.
12ph22 reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold winnings, and close accounts where it determines, in its sole discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, coordinating wagers with other players to reduce risk, exploiting technical errors, or using bonus funds in a manner designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
Unclaimed or unused Bonus Funds that have not been activated within the stated validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the Player's account without prior notice. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
All games available on the 12ph22 platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and verified for statistical fairness by recognized testing agencies. 12ph22 does not manipulate game outcomes, RTP percentages, or bet results in any manner.

In the event of a technical error during a game round — including disconnections, server errors, or software malfunctions — 12ph22 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager amount to the Player's account. Winnings generated during a technically compromised round may be withheld pending investigation.
Malfunctions void all pays and plays. If a game malfunctions during a session and produces an erroneous result — including but not limited to an apparently large win caused by a software error — 12ph22 reserves the right to void such results and adjust the Player's balance accordingly, irrespective of whether the balance has been partially or fully withdrawn.

In jurisdictions where exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of certain damages is not permitted by law, the liability of 12ph22 shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted in such jurisdiction.
Your use of the 12ph22 platform is also governed by the 12ph22 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. 12ph22 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. In the event of a dispute between you and 12ph22 arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform or these Terms, you must first contact 12ph22 customer support to attempt resolution through our internal complaints process. All disputes must be submitted in writing to 12ph22 support within thirty (30) days of the event giving rise to the dispute; disputes raised outside this period may be rejected.
12ph22 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and endeavor to resolve it within 14 business days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of our internal process, you may escalate the matter to the applicable regulatory or dispute resolution body in your jurisdiction.
Note: Game outcome disputes involving RNG-based games will be reviewed using server-side game logs. The records maintained by 12ph22's gaming systems shall constitute conclusive evidence of game outcomes in the absence of manifest error.
These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable Philippine laws and any relevant regulations issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) or other competent regulatory authority.
Nothing in this clause shall limit 12ph22's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction in connection with any threatened or actual breach of intellectual property rights, fraud, or other matter requiring urgent relief.
